Inkle weaving is an old weaving technique with which you can weave a beautiful band for, for example, a key ring, belt, guitar strap, camera strap, laces, etc. The weaving of the band is done on an inkle loom. It is a small loom that is easy to carry.

An inkle loom is required for this workshop. During the workshop you can weave on one of our inkle looms. You can rent this for another week after class for €10. The deposit is €98, you can then also decide to buy the inkle loom (Lojan), which is then arranged with the deposit. If you have an inkle loom yourself, you can use it.

If you want to purchase the inkle loom (Lojan) directly, this is of course also possible. The purchase price for the inkle oom (including shuttle) is €98.
After the workshop you can also choose to purchase this.

During the inkle weaving workshop you will learn how to:

• read a pattern
• make heddles
• thread the inkle loom
• weave

The workshop includes:

• materiaal (garen e.d.)
• the use of the inkle loom during the workshop
• coffee/tea/soft drinks and something tasty!

The workshop lasts3 hours and the price is 40€per person.

The workshop takes place with a minimum of 4 people with a maximum of 6 people. If there are not enough participants, the workshop will be canceled at least one week in advance with a refund of the registration fee or the option to register for another date.
